China Post deploys call centre system for logistics services

CHINA POST has installed a new call centre system for its subsidiary China Post Logistics (CNPL) to enhance its call centre effectiveness by offering advanced voice, postal handling, customer service and surveillance systems.

CNPL aims to facilitate its customer services will include postal enquiries, postal collections, business enquiries and complaint handling, which all be connected to the computer networks of three telecom business partners.

The centre will play an increasingly important role in China's logistics service industry, especially in courier sector. It will not only help to pre-sales and after-sales services, but become an important tool in direct marketing of the overall logistics business.@FAXTEXT Digital China, a leading integrated IT services provider in China, was selected by China Post to implement this call centre project, which aims to be one of the major CNPL developments in 2010.
