HNA Group has inked an agreement with the local express service provider it has just acquired, TTK Express, to reorganise the latter and set up HNA-TTK Express Co., Ltd, Xinhua reported.

After the reorganisation, the new company will have more than 20 distribution hubs in major Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, 187 franchise companies, six wholly-owned subsidiaries, with a network covering 1,200 cities and 3,000 distribution spots in Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Bohai Rim region.

Founded in 1994 in Hangzhou, TTK Express has over 250,000 customers in electronics, pharmaceutical, IT, freight forwarding, trading, e-commerce and manufacturing industry, more than 20,000 employees in China, a network of nearly 400 transportation routes and a fleet of over 6,000 trucks.
