The Case of Dubai Route

Shantou office of the company undertook the business to Dubai, the transportation clause was "Door to Door", the cargoes were"150 boxes of clothes", of which 53boxes were in its Guars Factory, and the other 97 boxes were in its Shantou Factory.
The loading time of Dubai's container was every Thursday, so we need all cargoes collected by every storehouse should be in Shenzhen storehouse before 8 o'clock every Thursday morning , so as to take statistics of the total cubic number and make uniform arrangements for the delivery from storehouse.
Considering the factors above, Shantou office sent ton trucks to collect cargoes at its Gurao Factory in the evening on August 22th, and directly transferred them to ton truck drivers. Then the cargoes were in Shenzhen storehouse on August 23 th.
As for the other 97 boxes , we went to pick up the cargo at its Shantou Factory on August 23th(as the client required), On that day there were cargoes from other Dubai clients in Puning, so the 97bpxes were delivered to Puning storehouse of our company by ton truck drivers. In accordance with the total quantity estimated by puning and Shantou, Shenzhen head office asked our transportation team to send two LCL trucks to deliver all existing cargoes in Puning storehouse totaling 140CBM to our storehouse in Shenzhen in the evening on August 23th.
The total planning of cargo traffic volume, make sure the proper arrangement for the transportation time.
In that week all Dubai LCL was put into the storehouse, the total was 208CBM, We estimated 68CBM every container, then this week 3x40'HQ needs to be loaded.
According to the usual principle of arranging containers, we co-loaded the cargoes of large volume together with the cargoes packed respectively with woven bags and paper cartons to make the maximum use of container's loading space and made it convenient for the delivery to the destination The cargos of Shantou client were all packed with paper cartons, so it was loaded in one container with that of Guangzhou client. The cargos lf Shantou clent were 24CBM ,and that of Guangzhou client were23.9CBM, the rest were smail-siaed scattered cargo ,the total of this container was 64.6CBM,Due to the irregular shape of the cargo of Guangzhou client, there was 4CBM left.
The empty one of this container would be in storehouse at 4 o'clock p.m., the heavy one would be loaded and leaved at 12p.m,,During this period, the partial loading of another two containers went on to make sure the most proper arrangements.
Uniform distribution and proper arrangements of cargoes
The final record of the delivery from storehouse was received by the Dubai route operation team of Shenzhen Company ,According to the delivery record from the storehouse , we arranged all the list of the clients and sent to our company to apply to customs.
Because information they provided was in time and exactly, his container could be delivered on August 25th afternoon, before normal cut-off time.
In the working hours lf August 26 th , the overseas operation team made B/L draft to check with the clients and asked the clients to confirm it and sent back before 12:30 p.m. According to the content of bill confirmed by the clients, we made the bill of the full container and sent to ship Company. And meanwhile, According to the bill of the full container confirmed by the clients, we provided the full container packing invoice and the copy lf bill of the full container confirmed by the clients ,we provided the full container packing invoice and the copy of bill to customs brokers so as to make C/O.
While checking this bill, the overseas operation team made arrangements for container loading list, namely Loading Manifest. They made packing list invoice used for customs clearance at the destination port. On August 31 st ,after confirming all the documents ,the original C/O was posted to Dubai office by DHL, and other documents, such as bill, packing list invoice and Loading Manifest would be sent to Dubai office by e-mail.
Dubai office would receive all the documents in August 31 st afternoon ,and then replied to make a confirmation. According to the sailing date showed on the bill ,Dubai office confirmed the time to reach the port was September 10 th ,so they would arrange all the documents on September 6 th and send them to Dubai customs brokers for customs clearance preparations.
Good cooperation within our company , clear and correct service process
Dubai customs brokers obtained D/O on September 10 th and applied to customs. This container would be delivered on September 11 th morning. Considering a half day's time was nor sufficient for the delivery, Dubai office arranged the collection of container on September 12th morning and dismantle the boxes into Alweer warehouse .After confirming the quantity lf all cargoes , three trucks were arranged to carry the cargoes lf Shantou client , Guangzhou client ,the rest would be sent to the storehouses appointed by the clients. After checking the quantity was correct, the clients signed invoice. This container was successfully finished on September 12 th afternoon as scheduled.
